Champions Stabannon start with home game against the Blues
The 2018 Louth Ladies League season will begin on Sunday, March 11th with matches pencilled in across all three divisions.
Reigning champions Stabannon Parnells will have home advantage against Newtown Blues in their opening fixture while last year’s beaten finalists, the Geraldines, face St Mochtas in Haggardstown.
Newly promoted St Kevin’s will travel to Knockbridge to face St Brides who were beaten finalists in last year’s Senior Championships.
After beating Clan na Gael in last year’s Division Three final, Mattock Rangers will begin life in the second tier at home to Naomh Fionnbarra on the opening day.
Intermediate Championship winners Kilkerley/Dowdallshill make the trip to Lordship to face St Patrick’s with the Geraldines ‘B’ side set to sit the action out on week one with a bye.
In Division Three, the Clans will be looking to put last year’s disappointment of losing in the final behind them when they meet the new Hunterstown Rovers team on day one.
Due to the National League, and depending on Louth Ladies’ progress in Division Four, the subsequent rounds will be released in due course.
