Dunedin, FL– A local minor league football group is seeking the most effective amateur football talent in the Tampa Bay area. The Dunedin Pirates, a semi-pro football team which plays in the Florida Football Partnership (FFA), will certainly be holding an examination camp on Saturday, Sept. 8 from 9 to 12 PM at Jack White Stadium at Clearwater Secondary School. Interested professional athletes should bring football cleats and suitable athletic gear to the trial run.
Previously called the Anclote Pirates, the group was established in 2009 by Andy Villamarzo and signed up with the FFA in 2017 after being a member of the United Football Federation from 2010– 2014 The group will certainly be trained in 2019 by previous Carrollwood Day Institution and Gibbs Senior high school protective organizer Robert Tirado. The Pirates play their home video games at Dunedin High School’s football stadium at 1651 Pinehurst Roadway.
